Henrietta comes from a long line of Hens & Chicks, part of the Echeveria family of succulents. As they get bigger, the Momma Hen will have a whole brood of chicks all around them, poking their heads out from beneath her skirts. These baby chicks are plantlets that can be removed and planted separately if desired.

Hens & Chicks come in all sizes, leaf shapes and colors. They all need semi-moist, well drained soil, and bright light or filtered sun. They grow moderately fast and all will produce flowers. Protect your Hens & Chicks from frost.
